Dan Morgan

President

Dan Morgan recently completed the two year long Washington State Ag/Forestry Leadership Development Program, which is dedicated to advancing the natural resource industries through enhanced understanding, education, and the empowerment of future leaders. As a part of this program Dan traveled to various seminars in Washington State, spent ten days in Washington DC, and two weeks in Ukraine. Dan and several employees have also been trained in Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP), and have received Construction Certification. They learned the most current techniques for successfully managing erosion and sediment at construction sites.
In addition, Dan has received many other types of training during his lifetime career with Morgan & Son. In his community, Dan works every year as a volunteer for the world famous Ellensburg Rodeo, and is a member of the Gold Buckle Club. He has also testified at public hearings and to local Congressmen regarding various Small Business concerns, including voicing his approval of Wind Energy projects in our area.

Laurie Morgan Bender

Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer

Laurie Morgan Bender uses her Business Management Degree and Cost Accounting skills to organize all accounts and bidding at Morgan & Son Earthmoving, Inc. In addition, Laurie serves on the Board of Directors for the Riverside Christian School, where her boys graduated from. She is on various committees at the school and Westside church. She also volunteers with the local TeenMOPS program, teaching teenage mothers of preschoolers parenting and life skills.
